1. Controller

The controller for data processing on this website within the meaning of Art. 4 (7) GDPR is OBJECT CARPET Holding GmbH & Co. We have not appointed a data protection officer, as the statutory requirements for doing so are not met.

2. Server log files

When you access this website, your browser automatically transmits data which our hosting provider stores in server log files: the page accessed, date and time of access, volume of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL and IP address. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the technically fault-free operation and security of the website. This data is not merged with other data sources and is not evaluated for marketing purposes. Log files are deleted after seven days at the latest, unless they are needed to investigate a specific security incident.

3. Hosting

The website is hosted by STRATO AG, Berlin, Germany. The provider processes the data listed above exclusively on our behalf and is bound by a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

4. Audience measurement with Plausible Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, Västriku tn 2, 50403 Tartu, Estonia) to measure how many visitors this website has and which pages are viewed. Plausible sets no cookies and stores no personal data; the IP address is used only transiently to form a daily, non-reversible identifier and is not stored. Data is processed on servers in the European Union. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in evaluating usage in order to improve the website. 5. No cookies, no other third-party services

This website sets no cookies. Apart from the audience measurement described above, no third-party content is embedded: no map services, no fonts from external servers, no social media elements, no video platforms. Images and fonts are loaded from our own server. For this reason, no consent banner is required. The link to Google Maps in the “Location” section only leads to Google's site after you click it; Google's privacy policy applies there.

6. Contacting us

This website contains no contact form. If you contact us or the appointed agent via the email addresses or telephone numbers provided, we process the data you supply in order to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the enquiry is directed at concluding a contract, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We delete this data as soon as it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply; commercial and tax retention periods run for up to ten years.

7. Disclosure of data

Your data is passed on to third parties only where this is necessary to handle your enquiry, for example between us and the agent we have appointed, bienen+partner Immobilien GmbH. No transfer to third countries outside the European Union takes place.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).
